Walowen Detail Co. provides professional exterior and interior car detailing services including, but not limited to, hand washing, interior vacuuming, paint sealing, ceramic coating, and paint correction. Services are rendered as agreed upon at time of booking.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years of age and the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle to book our services. Our services are for personal and commercial vehicle use only.

4. Non-Binding Estimates

All pricing quotes provided prior to service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition, size, and the scope of work required. We will notify you of any adjustments before proceeding with additional work.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location. Please remove any valuables prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during the service.

7. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

We will conduct a pre-service inspection and document any pre-existing damage before beginning work. Walowen Detail Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, or mechanical issues.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover conditions beyond the scope of the service performed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Walowen Detail Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Personal Property Disclaimer

We are not responsible for personal items, equipment, or modifications left in or on the vehicle during service. Please remove all valuables, electronics, and aftermarket accessories before your appointment.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials associated with Walowen Detail Co. are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written consent.
